Neil Gleason, our president and CEO has 38 years of professional experience in the oil heat and HVAC industry. As a certified instructor, past president of National Oil Heat Service Managers and board director of New England Fuel Institute, Neil has all the technical qualifications to support his service staff and customer base.
Neil formed Needham Energy in 2003 as a compliment to his existing sister company, Needham Mechanical to provide heating oil and service with the same high quality and personalized approach that his existing customers have experienced. Our customers are all part of our extended family and benefit from our responsive, personalized service and competitive pricing. Often our customers will come to us for help with referrals, advice or just to chat. When our customers call they get a live operator 24/7. Our office hours are 8-4 PM Monday-Friday to speak personally with our office staff, however emergency technicians are always available for our customers.
