Customer Care Dealer

Customer Care DealerWe are proud to be an authorized American Standard Customer Care dealer which means we are part of an ongoing process designed to give our customers the best possible experience every step of the way. All Customer Care dealers should be in good standing with the Better Business Bureau, be licensed and insured, Nate certified, have the customer’s best interests and needs in mind – at Needham Energy, we are all of that and more!

On each design survey we will choose the perfect system for your home by examining your insulation and structure quality, windows and doors, sun gain and personal needs. Once we have a detailed picture of what your home needs we will make our recommendations on system size, efficiency and additional requirements to provide the best fit for your home.

As a customer Care dealer, our goal is 100% satisfaction, so we’ll ask that you fill out a survey based on your experience. We take this extra step because we care about your responses and know that feedback from customers like you helps us do a better job.

  • Ask about warranties and availability for emergency service if necessary.
  • Ask about the importance of ask integrated system where the indoor and outdoor systems work together to achieve the efficiency and comfort.
  • Ask your dealer if they are Nate certified (North American Technician Excellence) confirming the highest quality for installation and service.
  • Be sure dealer fully explains how he will perform the installation and if there are any additional costs or cosmetics as a result.
